Adobe After Effects Encode render script?

Hello,

Does anybody know it is possible to create a script in After Effects that re-encodes all 8bit hdslr footage into a 10bit proress(with trillions of colors) folder and also apply noise reduction on each clip? Ad doing one clip at a time is quite time consuming!
