Additional items for new purchase

Hi there,

I want to firstly thank everyone here into greatly infuencing on my lights purchase. I'm now waiting for my books on lighting...

Ok here goes...I just got myself a Kino Flo 4Bank 4ft system and a dedolight DLH650 all with their respective Manfrotto stands, now I'm about to start on accesorizing them. What kind of items do you guys think should be among the (Like precut gels for the dedo and what color?) first that I should go buying?

Congrats on the new purchase!

I would get the following expendables: Blackwrap, C-47's (clothes pegs), CTB and CTO gel (1/8, 1/4, 1/2 strength). There's a handful of other grip things you can add like clamps, mounts, adapters, flags, nets, etc, etc...all to help trim your lights and/or rig them in all kinds of odd places and awkward angles...

Storage and transport is something to consider as well...not sure if you bought them with cases, etc.
