adding spikes to rubber feet of tripod???

I can't help you with your existing tripod. Most better quality video tripods have the dual foot feature, some have it built in, or it is a quick conversion.

If the rubber feet shown in the link unscrew, you may be able to adapt the spiked threaded feet from say a Manfrotto tripod. You might be able to do something with a spreader. Why are spiked feet so important? Even in dirt, rubber feet usually work ok... Maybe in mud or a steep slope you would need them.

Why do you need spikes? If your filming in soft ground or snow, you need to spread the weight of the feet. Snow shoes work for this, or adapted ski pole baskets. You just need to find a way of attaching them.
