I've got footage shot at 1/120 shutter that I want to look like 1/60 shutter. Is there a way to re-introduce this motion blur using FCS2.0, or Master Collection CS3?
I did overcrank footage, and I want to speed ramp it - but the stuff that is speed up doesn't look like normal footage, because of the difference in shutter speed, so I want to add motion blur back in if possible.
