I know the pixel dimensions you need for a graphic, and that the height is squeezed in Photoshop or FCP to make non-square pixels. But if you have a photo that's tall and narrow, can you somehow make a window/frame/whatever that's those dimensions and pan from top to bottom? (I guess this may be confusing: I'm talking about a sort of continuously moving crop of a larger graphic.)
