Adding images to the timeline

I did not see an answer here or Adobe's site so here goes. From doing research there was an option in previous versions of PR. The option dealt with adding images to the timeline. The option was 'make image same size as comp' (when dragging an image into the timeline)

I am on CS4 and can not find this anywhere.

Hey thanks for the reply. But what you are referring to is for adding clips. Do this work for images too? I guess I can give it a shot and see what happens. In addition your reference will be helpful....

Adobe Premiere Pro can automatically scale clips you add to a sequence to the frame size set for that sequence.

  1. Choose Edit >Preferences > General (Windows), or Premiere Pro > Preferences > General (Mac OS)
  2. Check Default Scale To Frame Size.
  3. Click OK.

Is should work or you can drag the image onto the timeline and right click --> scale to frame size.

TBH, i hate it when it does stuff like that automatically.
