Adding 3:2 pulldown to video edited in 23.98 sequence?

How does one go about adding 3:2 pulldown onto video that's been edited in a 23.98 sequence, for a version that plays back nicely on a tape?
 
Check your RT settings... you can ADD 3.2 PULLDOWN CADENCE when you print to tape.

Hey Captain,

There is a setting for 2:3 which is the same thing as a 3:2 but just added by video cameras. Is this the setting that you are refering to? Thanks.

Is that the option under Final Cut Pro -> System Settings -> Playback Control -> Pulldown Pattern (list of options)?
