Adapter to attach shockmount to boompole

I have a Rycote Invision INV-7 shockmount and a Rode boompole. I lost the little screw in adapter that came with the Rycote shockmount. I'd like to buy a replacement but cann't find what I need using Google, at the Rycote website or BH photo website. I'd appreciate someone pointing me to the correct size adapter to buy (doesn't need to be made by Rycote)

The Rode website says that the Rode Boompole has a 3/8 inch thread.
The Rycote specifications say that all the InVision suspensions have 3/8 threads.
The Rycote would appear to attach directly to the Rode Boompole without any adapter.
It is not clear why you think you need any adapter?

The Rycote specs say that they come with a 3/8 to 5/8-27 adapter (to mount to a US-style mic stand).
I just purchased 10 of those from Amazon for less than US$1 each.
But I don't see why you would need one of those for a Rode Boompole which does NOT have 5/8 threads.

Thanks for the help. The Rycote shockmount has a tread to fit a mike stand, I assume that is 5/8. It came with an adapter that is screwed in to reduce the thread diameter to fit the Rode boompole (presumably 3/8). It is that little adapter that I lost. I tried searching on Amazon and found this which looks like what I need:

I'm in Florida, profile is updated

The Rycote documentation (from the Rycote website) says all the InVision products have a native 3/8 socket and they provide an adapter to allow connection to a 5/8 stand. Here is the details directly from their document...

What you are looking at is the OPPOSITE of what Rycote provides. See the photo above.
I still don't see why you need EITHER of those adapters when neither the Rycote InVision or the Rode Boompole have 5/8 threads???

It almost sounds like your Rycote InVision is broken. Are the threads in the bottom of the InVision metal? Are you SURE they are 5/8-27? Does it actually thread properly onto a US-standard mic stand? I don't have a Rycote InVision, but I presume that the body is plastic but has a metal insert where the threads are. That metal insert is supposed to be molded into the plastic, I don't believe it is supposed to come out.

Thank you, I have solved the problem. It was my fault, entirely user error (in my defense I haven't used this in a few months and had lent it, thought the adapter was lost). Anyway in case it helps anyone in the future the 3/8 thread is contained in the black plastic. The brass part is the adapter stepping up the 3/8 to 5/8. My error was thinking I needed a second adapter to reduce 5/8 to 3/8 not realising that an adapter was already in place. (See photo)IMG_2754.jpg
