Adapter setup cases / SG follow focus

I am thinking of buying an SGblade, and I'm curious: how do people carry around their adapter setups? I'd like to not have to take my setup apart at the end of every day, but I don't know what kind of case I should get to hold the whole thing. Are the Cinevate cases with pick-n-pluck foam big enough? Zacuto's solution seems ideal (as always), but there's no way I'm paying over $200 for a foam insert.

Also, if anyone has experience with the Shoot35 FOLLOWfocus/SG follow focus, I'd like to hear about it. I'm liking Cinevate's follow focus, but the fact that Shoot35's device costs half as much is definitely influencing my decision.

Thanks for all your help.

If you consider the fact that the Zacuto case has a lifetime warranty. And that pick-n-pluck foam wears over time really easily. And that Zacuto's case will grow with you as your rig builds... I'd say get the Zacuto foam. A $200 investment is nothing when it comes to keeping my gear safe personally. I pay more than that for insurance alone on flights!

Cinevate's design enables idler gearing though. And it has a bigger wheel which a lot of AC's seem to prefer. Personally, I like the Zacuto FF as a high-end FF... the Redrock used to be my home boy and now they have a redesign which is exciting.

The Shoot35 follow focus was based heavily off of the Redrock design to my understanding. Keep in mind that you have to get gears for it too. Shoot35's gears look really similar to Cinevate's design. Just some facts to munch on.

So if Shoot35 is cheapest... then perhaps go with that. However they are in England! So if you're in the US... Redrock might be cheaper in the end.

Regarding Shoot35 FF unit. I have one an I can tell you that I'm very pleased with it.
Despite the big gear play that the Provideocoalition guys found on their tests (which they said is not an handicap when focusing), I can say that the play is minimal if not imperceptible!

If you want something to focus your lenses and NOT to show of your FF design, go with it! Save some money and you'll be happy.
