Actors who breach contract

Hey,

Has anyone had any issues with this? When you have a signatory who is on deferred payment when is the contract considered completed? I am just looking for legal definitions.

I am having an issue with an actor and their conduct both on and off set.

First of all is the actor union or non-union...I'm assuming "The Actor" is non-union. Anyways, it all depends how the "Contract" was written. At this moment, you're not getting any replies because no one knows what the contract has stated!

There is two situations that are occurring from what I read.

1.) The contract isn't very detail nor is it a written professionally.

2.) Your "Actor" isn't professional at all. If he took his career seriously, he would of read the whole contract or his agent / manager would of took care of it.

Not sure what to tell you. Give us more detail of the situation.
