What do the last two lines mean in plain english?

"entitled" and (the “Picture”) - i dont get it!!!

Do i put twice the title of the film?

Hello,

If I'm not mistaken, the name of the picture (production, whatever) goes in the first of the two slots, and the name of the author (screenwriter, whatever) goes in the second of the two slots. The "(the 'Picture')" is simply the legalese notice that, whenever the document says "the Picture" from now on, it's referring to that 'motion picture' based on the concept and outline by 'that author', the ones you just named.

Got it?

As in?

picture (production, whatever) = currently presumed title of film in question

'That author' = the screen writer as displayed on the screenplay

Right???

Thank you for the reply

Correct pretty much what the following line is doing is describing what the production company is and who it includes. So it's saying that for this contract the "production company" is all licensees, assigness, future owners, or people that aquire or become a successor in regards to "DVX the movie"

"Production Company” includes the licensees, assignees, future owners, or other acquirers or successors-in-interest of –“Whatever production the actor is apart of”."
