I am a professional actor (20 years as an actor) in NYC and I own and use a DVX100A. I have thought about seeing if there is any interest in NYC for actors who also spend time behind the camera and maybe write as well to meet and compare notes and ideas or anything that can be of help to each other.
I'm not talking about technical meetings so much as more creative and project oriented meetings and networking.
I have noticed on 'Meet-Ups.com" there are a few Indy filmmaking groups but none by actors for actors.
Don't know if this interest anyone but if so please respond.
Of course I'm including all the boroughs and NJ. Any location that allows an actor to get to NYC meetings easily.
Thanks,
JJ
