Deviantart has tons of actions, as wells as application resources for Illustrator and other programs. I don't use a lot of actions, but I admit to being lazy enough for a few like "Remove White" http://simoart.deviantart.com/art/White-remover-action-for-ps-59673370
and polaroid generator and other more utility actions.
You can do a search at the top of the page (by Most Popular or Newest). Nice site. Lots of stuff.
