Achieving this look at night

Hey all,

Saw this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNL_DAI19_I (props to Red Productions TV on an amazing job)

I don't think this is fully lit with stadium lights, do you?


What kind of lighting would you use to achieve this look? Obviously something big and bright, just looking for some insight. I also shoot sports (AF100), looking to utilize some kind of gear that will help illuminate a large space like this - basketball court, soccer field, etc.

One of my Grip friends is shooting a baseball film with Harrison Ford right now. This past week they had a shot of a guy crossing home plate in a night game. I believe it was something like ten 12Ks and four 20' X 20' silks they used for that 3.5 second shot. They had also constructed a 20' high wall above the entire outfield fence and painted the entire thing green so they could green screen in the city skyline in the background.

The point being, it ain't easy. For the shot you show they MAY have just supplemented the stadium lights with a few 10K plus lights.
