alright, well this spring im taking the dive and buying a dvx100...

i know this board probably gets all the questions im going to ask more than enough times....but im completly new to how a dvx operates compared to my vx1000 which i will be selling....

which mini 35 adapter should i get? theres so many i have no idea which one to get...id like to use my nikon lenses i already have.

what does a matte box really do? is it neccesary to have?
 
honestly, i love my dvx to death, however if you can spring for it, save a few hundred more and pick up the new canon A1 :)

i am not in any way a fan of canon, from photo to video....plus those cameras are way to bulky for me personally...
 
I guess I should have checked that link before coming with a fancy schmancy latin name for the adapter :shocked:
