We are trying to figure out the best combination of acc. holders to go with the MultiRig and the DvRigPro.

What Ext. Acc. do you use ? Mic, Cam light , Batt, HD Recorder, Mixer, Monitor...

What do you prefer as mounting system 1/4 screw , 3/8 screw, Hot shoe.

One of you will win a MultiRig!

What if you were to make removable parts and include the 1/4, 3/8 and the hotshoe mounts? Is that possible?

Yes, this is what we did. Optional parts that you can configure yourself. We have
Acc. Plates, and 1/4, 3/8, Hotshoe adaptors in the new price list just published.

I am trying to figure out which are the most popular to plan my stock. and what size of ACC plate
will fit the most popular ext. hardware people use.

i use a shotgun mic or my Sien G2 reciever in the hot-shoe.

ps - i have alot of family in Ramat Gan! where are you located?

i'll mount an lcd screen plus zoom/focus controller (which one fits?) on one of those handles.
its not an accesory but is it not too late in the production process to put a 'glow in the dark' kind of spirit level?

I wonder if more people find a need for a spirit level, I personally don't think it is needed in handheld shooting, It's all about framing with the action isn't it ?

yes, youre basically right Danny, what im thinking off is the added 'level' of security i get on quick mounts and remounts on my tripod. (which i wished had a more visible spirit level in low light shoots) maybe its just the lazy me or the other me who doesnt want to upgrade the tripod and trying to get whats it lacks on your new 'wonder' rig i cant wait to put my hands on. . . .

We are 20 Km to the north near Kfar-Saba, Give me a call when you visit your family.

I'd want 3/8" sockets on each of the hand grips for dual lights or light+monitor, so I could attach Noga arms.

You got it, See the price list page, you can choose between 1/4, 3/8 and Hotshoe
at the end of the grips.

Each grip will have (as standard) one 1/4" and one 3/8" threads/ sockets.

An Anton Bauer plate off the back of the DVRig to power the camera and an on camera light. The ability to mount two wireless mic receivers.

Then after Lights & Camera, I'd want Sound and go with the wireless mic mount, x 2. I have the Sennheiser w/ hotshoe mount. The more I can leave rigged and still be able to dismount the camera and put it in its case, the better for traveling.

So you don't want to attach anything to the camera hotshoe, All on the rig. Understood.

I use hot shoe for PAGC6 camera light, shotgun mic, and sometimes wireless mic.
3/8 could also be nice for mic as well.
Also acc plate for PAG C6 battery, although I could sling it over my shoulder.
I also prefer acc plate holder for wireless with velcro.

Hotshoe and monitor. Seem to be a popular trend.

Oh, and I just remembered I promised you photos of my EngRig/M2 setup! Sorry about that.
