I need a small pouch to keep small items in there because I hate having stuff in my pocket. I'm thinking of getting this belt.

Looks good to me.

Usually the mistake people make when first buying pouches is they go far too big. That looks like it's a good size and won't break your back.

How cumbersome is the large David? I just don't it too big.

The pouches are smaller than you think. The small one would probably be fine if you are carrying just a few small things.

I mainly use mine when shooting outdoors on location. I'll strap a couple of filter pouches on my belt as well. The larger pouch fully loaded might get in the way going in and out of doorways if positioned wrong and you are not paying attention.
