With the changing design of cameras and new ways to rig and move them, On-Board Monitors have become a must-have item in every camera kit. Sometimes it is for judging lighting and exposure, other times for an assistant or dolly grip to see a reference, and sometimes the director needs a peek at the shot or the operator cannot use the eyepiece. There are a variety of camera-mountable monitors with different features and functions to perform the tasks required.
AbelCine EXPO: On-Board Monitors is scheduled for 6pm-9pm, February 28th in our New York facility. Manufacturers participating in the EXPO include Marshall, TV Logic and Sony. Presentations, a technical seminar, hands-on time and a Q&A session will be part of the day’s activities.
This event will be STREAMED LIVE on Livestream.com.
