So first off i'm on a new Macpro 2.8 8 core, so i shouldn't really be having this problem. When I capture from the HV30 i do not get a real time preview and it has to acquisition everything once i hit stop. I do not have this problem however with my XH A1. Also when capturing footage from the Hv30, it doesn't break up the shots! its just one shot, which is annoying, but both of those things i can deal with, the real deal breaker is 3 out of the 4 times i capture, Final Cut crashes. I have had to come to uploading 5 minutes of footage at a time. I'm capturing to an external lacie over firewire 800. Has anyone else ever had this problem with this combo? This happens with both footage shot on the XH A1 and the Hv30 while uploading through the HV30. Any ideas would be nice=] thanks!:beer:
