A veritable smorgasborg....

Man, television programmers are evil. Sometimes there is nothing on TV, and then there is way too much...good or bad.

Right now, anyone with basic cable living in this area has the choice of watching Goodfellas, Basic Instinct, Mercury Rising, Citizen Kane, Dead Calm, The Score, Jesse James (Henry Fonda-1939 ), Lara Croft Tomb Raider....and Signs, in French.

Oh, wait...add Timecop to that list...JCVD's biggest hit, and the beginning of the end, all in one.

While they might not all be bona fide classics, it's still a fine spread...something for everyone, whether they like cheese, or grade A prime beef.

I still can't make up my mind, so I'll probably end up watching some episodes of The Rockford Files that I digitally recorded.

I hate the whole feast or famine thing...

DeSica, I picked Basic Instinct and during commercials would flip to Kane and the time they were both on commercials I spent some time with Angelina.

Right now, HDNET is playing a marathon of hitchcock movies, MAN WHO KNEW TOO MUCH, VERTIGO, REAR WINDOW, THE BRIDS, & PSYCHO, as well as some others, all in HD. I've noticed I can predict when movies are going to be released on HD DVD and BLU RAY because they usually air on HDNET a few weeks or months before, as new HD masters are struck, so I think it's safe to assume we will see these movies in HD in stores soon.

Buffet style...what would we do without remotes? (besides not annoy women.)
