I’m a thirty-two year old married man who periodically gets his eyebrows waxed. Most guys would be embarrassed to admit this, but not me, and here's why.
When you enter the Salon, the first things you notice are the beautiful women. It smells good and the indirect lighting scheme gives everything a warm feeling.
Next thing you know a girl named Crystal is leading you to your private room. As you weave your way back through the palms and interesting art you notice that she's got one of those tattoos on the small of her back that starts somewhere around L4 and ends just at the tip of her crack. The music is new-agey and it makes you feel calm and happy. You enter the room and she closes the door behind you. She asks you to go ahead and lay down on the comfortable leather table and then she pulls up one of those three-wheeled chairs. From your perspective, you're looking up at the art on the ceiling when suddenly Crystal appears into full view looking down from above. You smell the cleanliness of her hair which is spilling downward creating a tunnel between her face and yours. She’s got your full attention and you starting to notice the little things, like the fact that her hands are perfectly manicured, short but elegant nails. She's also got one of those teeny diamond nose rings. Her makeup is a little understated but you decide you like that. I mean, who do you want doing this, Dee Snyder?
She probably works here to help pay her way through school, oh this girl is meant for so much more. You feel completely at ease so it's really easy to talk to her. You're funny, interesting, and you both know that if circumstances were different, you two could really have something, seriously, in a different life. Now you're not picking up on her because that would be the wrong move. What you do, is right from the start, you make it clear that not only are you married, you're completely in love with your wife. This will make her relaxed, and therefore feel like she can let her hair down a little. Because what harm is there in that? She's just trying to get through the day like everybody else.
First, she washes the area surrounding your eyes. It's warm and she's good with her hands. She says that she thinks that you shouldn't change the shape, just clean up around the edges and then maybe some thinning. You say in an overly sincere voice that you couldn't agree more. This makes her let out a giggle. Your eyes meet and she goes back to her job.
Then the hot wax. It's just enough heat to feel that good kind of pain. As you coax out whatever is relevant to her, there's an underlying message going on all the while. It's the message that says, “It's too bad things aren’t different.”
The wax dries and Crystal says it's time to pull it off. Her soothing voice prepares you for it and you realize she's calmed you. Things slow down. She rips it off quickly and immediately presses the area with her fingers to in a way, cover up the pain.
Then comes my favorite part. She's got her hand on your face and she's looking at you like, "Now that wasn't so bad was it Baby?" She's nurturing you like a loving mother and you realize that this is the first time sexuality entered into the equation involuntary or not. Certain thoughts start to enter your mind when boom, she's done and it's time to go.
You sit up quickly and see stars as she's leading you back through the palms. You don’t want things to end but you’re not in control, she is. She could be leading you to the gas chamber and you’d still be blindly following her with the same dumb expression on your face.
Your wife is waiting and you feel great so you hug her in a display for all the girls to see. And then you notice something. Crystal and your wife just had a little, You've really got yourself someone special there/ Oh I know I do exchange and then what was that? Was there a slight attraction there between your two girls? Possibly.

Now getting my eyebrows done is without question. I look forward to it. The possibilities that have been running through my mind are endless. So the next time your wife is going to the salon, suggest that you come along, and that you don't mind waiting. Then when you arrive, jokingly make a comment about getting yours done. From there, everything will take care of itself. Thank me later. :costumed-smiley-047
