A Solid Hardware Package for $1500-2000

Very soon I'll be getting a DVX, and I've been tossing around various options for hardware. Things that have caught my eye in browsing this forum have been the ME66s, the Bogen 503 head and the indie snap matte box, but I haven't seen many threads that have put these things together with all their neccesary accesories into affordable packages. It's something I've been doing a lot of, but of course I'm a novice and I know a lot less about the goodies than the people here, so that's why I'm asking for your help. So basically, here's my wish list in order of preference:

1. A Solid Tripod/Fluid Head (Looking at the Bogen 503 with some reasonable legs)
2. A Mic/Boom Kit (With a pole and a shockmount)
3. A set of lights
4. An on-camera LCD Monitor
5. A decent matte box
6. Anything I'm missing (Besides the basic filters and a case, of course)

I know it's a tall order, but it'll help me out a ton. Thanks

Sorry did you mean you want all those things but only want to spend 2k max? If so you might find you come up a fair way short.

1/ Seems to be a solid choice for the DVX, lots of users here have them and swear by them.
2/ An ME66 may not be the right choice for you - go ahead and check out the Audio forum - let Oleg and the other audio giants sort you out.
3/ Lights could be better off in the "to rent" section, they are expensive, I dont know your experience level so I am only guessing but I would start by getting into some lighting references and then at least you will understand what lighting is used for what and how and then in turn what will suit your own needs.
4/ Can be very useful, on a tight budget I would put more of my $$ into audio and live without it.
5/ Deceent or workable? From what I understand the Hyson films MB is pretty good for the low price. You can find lots of threads on it in these forums.
6/ Go to 2

I guess what I meant was that all those things would be ideal, but of course it's not always possible.

I have the ME-66 and I dig it, but mounting on the DVX is a pain unless you have one of those multi-head things. Which.. I need. And a shoulder mount.
