A Single Man

Again, this is me catching up on some Oscar-nominated movies I've been meaning to review for a while.

This is, simply, an amazing movie. To think that this is Tom Ford's first film is astounding. And Colin Firth might have given his best performance ever in the lead role. Very powerful stuff, and worth a watch.

I've heard nothing but great things about this movie for months. I have tomorrow off. I should really use that time to get around to seeing this film, and to take my mind off the wait for my 7d to arrive.

Yep, I had plans to see this one this past weekend but wasnt able to make it. The main draw for me was that Firth was in it. I had no idea what it was about since I'd never heard of it before.
