A shot from the featurette of Birdman

[Yaz]

Hi Guys

I was just looking at the featurette of Birdman and came across with a shot where the director's holding the camera in handheld style.
That was the only shot there was of the camera and its rig. I can't quite make out what camera it is and what rig they're using.
If anyone could shed some light on it, I'd be very grateful.

Thanks a lot in advance!!!

It was shot with an ARRI Alexa XT & XT M.

Ohh, I see. Alexaaaa...
Is the handle the director's holding an official accessory from Alexa??
