A scene to direct

Hey,

For one of my directing classes I need to direct a scene no more than 5 minutes long. I have to use two actors (one male and one female) and I cannot have seen the movie or play before which makes it tough because I have seen a lot of stuff. There can't be a lot of props or some crazy location because this one will just be performed in class. Anyone have any suggestions?

Yah I understand that the whole point of the assignment is to get my inerpretation on a script/scene I'm just curious if anybody know any scenes that fit those rules because I am having trouble coming up with one

Gotcha. Just saying the question is a bit vague. Thus no repiles?
That's how I took it.

I took it as a general question, no offense, so maybe focus on something more specific that someone can respond better to.

Basically Here is the Dilemna. I have seen plenty of movies and if I could use any script I would have no problem finding a scene. However, I can't do one from a movie I have seen. So, I dont want to go read through pages and pages of scripts until I find a scene that has one girl and one guy in it and is about 5 minutes long. So I guess I am looking for scene suggestions that people already know of that fit those rules, or suggestions on how to find a scene without wasting a bunch of time reading many many scripts of films which I have no idea what they are about.

That is a dilemna for sure.

Something from Woody Allen comes to mind.
Manhatten has a ton of one on one dialog with a female.
I could watch the movie again a pick out a 5 min seg if you like.

I have not seen Annie Hall (gasp), but I suspect there may be something in there as well, or not.

Annie Hall script

Manhatten script

I think I found one that I like. A friend of mine suggested to do a scene from Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I had not seen the movie yet which is weird becuase I have heard it is great and have always wanted to see it. But nonetheless I started reading the script and I think one of the early scenes where they are talking on the train would work perfectly.
