I am attempting to turn my film production company Off Stage Films into an official LLC in my home state of New Jersey.
I need to choose a business code and am a little confused.
Should I choose:
1. Manufacturing - Audio/Visual (TV, Stereo, Records, CD)
2. Service - Audio/Visual (TV, Stereo, Records, CD)
3. Service - Entertainment (Amusement, Circus, Movies, Sports)
The info in the parenthesis is exactly as it is listed in the NJ form.
I'm not sure what I should pick. I will be doing short films, corporate videos, and soon a feature length film.
