A question about screen grabs

Sorry about the elementary question, but how do I do a screen grab on Final Cut Studio?

Where ever the playhead is parked...

File - Export - QT Conversion - Change option to Still Image.

Or just hit Shift+N, it makes the still in your Viewer, drag it to the Browser and give it a name. If you're doing a lot, put them in a Bin in your Browser, then hightlight that Bin and go to File > Batch Export. You only have to set your export prefs once.

Hey,

I've been using this method for a while... actually, forever. But I tested the HVX200 recently and my screen grabs don't look good at all. I find the edges to lack definition, and I have to import the frames into AE or PS to make them 16:9.

I must be doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what. Can anyone help ?
