Howdy, I 'm have a problem and would like to post a small clip to one of the forums. How do I do this? I see a button above me that says to insert video, but when I hit this a black box comes up, and says to insert video. Now I have posted this 5 second clip on Vimeo, and have an Mp4 file residing on my hard drive. Thanks in advance.

Normally what I do is host the video on You Tube or as you have done Vimeo and then post the URL link to it as part of my message like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibGx1YdBW6o
