A or B Freq on sennheiser G2 wireless lavs?

I remember reading something a while back, but I can't find the thread.

I heard that either the A or the B freq lavs were not supposed to be used anymore. Can anyone please tell me which one it is and why they are not supposed to be used?

The C band was the 700MHz, A & B are perfectly fine.

Sennheiser also has a frequency finder on their website that you can use to see which is better for your location.

And G3 includes a new G band for the USA.

So :-
A, B, G = yes
C = no
