Patrick Sheffield, a frequent contributer to the Apple FCP, Motion and Shake forums just finished a new page with some free plugins he wrote.

Enjoy them at will.

I'm always looking for more "film looks" for my experimental shorts. These Technicolor tricks will be nice to play with.

[Lake Films]

Love em, thank Cap'n!

long live free FCP Plug-ins!!!

[Patrick Sheffield]

I've added to the free plugins and I've also set up an online store for some "for sale" plugins where you can get Electronic Makeup Artist which does skin smoothing for a beauty look just like they do in studio cameras to make the hosts (like Oprah) look good. Also Graphic Novel Look which uses a proprietary algorithm to get a look different from conventional cel shaders/Cartoonifier plugins.

Free stuff: http://pistolerapost.com/pluginz/

Buy stuff: http://straylight.tv/pluginz/ (with free demos)

(There's also a free anaglyph beta plugin on the buy stuff page)

Any suggestions for new plugins people need?

Patrick
