Hello everyone
I recently discovered a device called "rain deflector". İt is e device to avoid the raindrops on to the lens. İt has a revolving filter in front of the lens. And I thought this technique could be used for 35mm adapter solutions.
Now we only have spinning or vibrating options (in case of non-static). The motor can be placed somewhere else.
You can download the demo of the deflector here

The logic is to revolve the ground glass instead of rotating or vibrating, this way I think the spinning GG solutions may meet the the size of the vibrating GG solutions.
The only thing worrying me is that the central point of the glass is not actually moving, but it's only a small spot and it's not a problem with that rain deflector.
I made a basic drawing of the idea.
If you ask why I'm not building one of these, because I'm not a handy man. I just imagine
I hope this helps, and if you decide to mass produce one of these, please remember me
