A micro for my DVX

Hi everybody,

I'd like to buy the anamorphic adapter (I've read the thread on the uprezzing method and see it is not suitable for PAL cameras...am I right?

On the other hand I need to buy a micro which I'd use to record dialog in short movies (I've heard that film dialogs are recorded in mono... is that so?)

I'll use the micro on top of a pole. Which micro would you advise me to purchase? Could I use the Panasonic that is among the DVX accesories? (I say that because the wire is too short to stay on a pole)

I assume you mean microphone, and most shotguns are good for on poles. Just get a shockmount. Dont buy the panasonic one, if you can afford it buy one of the Senh. around the $300 mark.

When I said micro I meant a microphone.

In Spain we usually use it instead of the whole word. I should have used the word mic here.
