A little website help?

It seems my web designer has gone AWOL and I was wondering if a fellow DVXuser might be able to help me out. I have a new video I would like to post on my website, but the page/player is flash and I have no clue how add it.

Yea, I have all the files and access to the server. I have HTML knowledge and am confident I can create new pages for any new videos I have by working off of the framework from the existing pages. I can also create the .flv video files, but my main problem is the flash player that my web designer created is a .swf file and I have no clue how to create a new .swf file and get it to call the new .flv file.

I also don't know how to make the thumbnails scrollable so I can add a new thumbnail for each corresponding new video without changing the size of the website.
