I almost missed this one. My first synthesizer was a mini Korg in 1975.

Our high school based rock band played high school dances, private dances and later bars and pubs when we got a bit better.
We always played, until I quit playing at age , 40, I think, 'Smoke On The Water'. Haha. We always did it live as an inside gag just to break the tension sometimes when the audience sucked.
But they always loved that one. And so did we. Once there was a lull in the set and someone started up that song, any one of us, it kind of broke the tension and we had fun.
Good song man.
