A little off topic: "best" prep for HDCAM output

Is there a recommended or proven or best or whatever type of file I should use/send to get an HDCAM tape made?
I'm supposed to present my work on an HDCAM tape, which means I'll send that to a facility that can transfer it.
I supposed the less compression etc... the better, but in real world situation, what should I output from PP?

Why don't you contact a transfer house to do the job and ask for their file preference.

I don't mean to be rude, but I don't really care about their preference, which may be dictated by their own way of doing thing. I'm trying to figure out what I could do to get the best quality possible.
