A little confused on increment levels

Hello all,

I wanted to be able to have two SD cards, one with my preferred hack on it (Cake v.2.3) and one with stock firmware on it (to revert to on certain occasions).

Do my hacks have to be specifically named, or should they work no matter what? Does my stock firm-ware need to be one number higher than my hack? Please advise on this if possible. Thank you.

Or should I name the hack file and stock firmware file the same thing, since I'm storing them on different cards?

The GH2 firmware file name is meaningless, but it must conform to the following format, (## is an arbitrary 2-digit number):

GH2__V##.bin

The most recent original GH2 firmware downloaded from Panasonic is named "GH2__V11.bin", so it's better not to use that name for a hacked firmware file. I used PTool to make a "stock" firmware with nothing but the default PTool settings checked, and named that "GH2__V00.bin".
