I've ran with the geardear backpack with a wireless hop on it and just the geardear mattebox on front, all sitting on the geardear baseplate with the 20" geardear rails extending out front and back. All this mounted to my DVRig Pro.
Anything more I think would be incredibly difficult to run and gun with. But Konton has with a marshall, FS, and RR. That's a bit too much for me - I tried mounting the unit with the RR on it to my DVRig Pro, and it was barely manageable (only with vertical spring rod attached could I hold it steady for long).
