I'd like to take a 15 second 24p clip of my son and make the entire clip black and white but enhance the blue in his eyes. Basically leave his eyes blue but everything else make B&W.

How do I do this?

I know it's a lot of work but I'm totally sold on doing this.

Depends a lot on how blue his eyes are and if they're very different than everything else in the scene. If so put in the 3 way color corrector, twirl down the limiting triangle and adjust forthe colro range you want to keep (blue). Turn on invert and set saturation to far left.

Otherwise you layer the clip on top of iteself. Set color corrector on bottom and set saturation to lowest possible setting.
Add a 4 or 8 point garbage matte to top layer and key frame for one eye.
Now add another copy of the cli pand do the same for the other eye.
