I like the last one, great composition and capturing the reflection. No idea why you would opt for b&w for the first two, I bet those were just oozing with great colors, in fact, they are rather flat in b&w. Nice job overall.

I'm just playing around right now...no particular reason except I actually like the BW myself. (I removed the bw photos to experiment further)

I think the B&W's look a little overexposed. They might have been perfect in color but there are about a thousand ways of converting an RGB image into a grayscale one and depending on how this is done (i.e. choosing one specific color channel to convert or simply clicking desaturate) it can unrealistically change where the highlights are in your image. You could have in fact converted it to grayscale using you own taste but then it's just a matter of personal preference.
 
You can check out any time you want but you can never leave:)
