A feature I think Vegas should add....

I was working with avid once in my college class and It has this great tool for color correcting... it has 3 windows with each holding the clip or shot before to the current clip and the next clip all side by side... man wow thats great when you want to compare between shots when color correcting.... I cant see it being too tough to implement.
 
Erm... have you ever tried the Vegas Color Corrector plugin? As for comparing, all you have to do is check/uncheck the checkbox next to the plugin name when loaded.
 
You can also click the split screen button on the Video Preview window. Half the screen is the correction you did and the other half is without it.

Im not talking about comparing that exact shot as what you guys are eluding too. I mean comparing different clips of their color to then look at their clip as your correcting your current clip.
 
You can save a shot of an earlier clip to the clipboard and then set the split screen to show that compared to the clip you're working on currently.
