Oh, it was all shot using a D80, and 2 lenses, the 70-300mm and the 18-55mm. One SB-600 off camera was used. Thats it, thanks!

Awesome stuff! You've got that off camera flash down for sure. Maybe you should start offering a class! Or and online video tutorial. Put that DVX to work!

All kidding aside, all I do is adjust the stand till I get what I want, there's no trick really, the flash does all the hard work.

Do you use a softbox or umbrella on the flash...?

A small reflective umbrella.

Are you using manual settings or are you using off camera iTTL cord? commander mode?

Commander mode, the camera is in manual the flash is not. There's no reason in this type of shoot to use manual for this flash, in my opinion of course. It adapts to ambient light quite well on it's own. In fact, I haven't had to go manual with the flash at all yet, but all I do is this type of stuff so far.
