Since I use Cokin P filters I was looking for some type of lens shade that I could use without having to buy all new filters. I know Cinetactics makes a Cokin P filter adaptor to use the Cokin filters in the Cinetactic mattebox and I was leaning towords that. I then see Cokin make's a bellows for the P series filters:

But I never heard anyone use this before. Has anyone ever used this before and if so how does the bellows hold up?
..On a side note. What is the difference between a between a bellows and a flag and sidewings setup? Is there a difference or does it depend on the situtition.
