Right now I am editing a documentary that I will be entering into a contest. To submit the film you need to upload it to their website, the file size limit is 800mb. What are the best compression settings so that I can get it to that size and retain the best video quality?
-Edited on Final Cut Pro 7
-It will be about 8 minutes
-Shot on a Canon 60D DSLR, 1080 24p (H.264)
-(Imported to Final Cut Pro with the "Log and Transfer" setting)
Thanks, Leo
