8 inch HD Zacuto Monitor

I am looking inot buying an HD monitor and I don't have a huge budget. Definitely sub 1 grand. So I was looking at the zacuto website and they sell 2 IKan monitors. I hear they aren't the best but which is the better of the two and are either decent?

$750 one:

Sorry if this has been talked about. I searched but I didn't really understand the differences and saving $250 can make a difference.


EDIT: sorry about the tittle. It doesn't have to do with zacuto at all but I changed the post and couldn't figure out how to edit the tittle as well.

oh and btw, I don't think those Ikan monitors are high definition.. only 800 x 480 native rez..


the Manhattan lcds I linked are native 1024x600 for the 8.9" and 1280x768 for the 7.2"
