7D Slow mo

I have a Canon 7D. I shot my footages in 1280x720 at 60P with the intention of slowing it down to 2x it's speed. I can preview it in slowmo in the camera but once I drop it into the Vegas timeline it plays back in real time. I tried changing the frame rates in properties to no avail. I had to stretch each take manually in the Vegas timeline. Is there an auto setting in Vegas to do this?
Also, do I need Cineform to preview my footages smoothly?
 
thank you. it works!!! I can now view the clips in the vegas timeline in slowmo. However when I render the clips, it's rendered in real time 60p and not in the slow mo preview settings.
