720x480 - 45 Seconds - MOV File - Maintaining highest quality, lowest possible size?

I have a 45 second .mov file, 720x480 resolution, and it's 51 MB. I'm pretty certain I can get this down to a lower file size, what seems like a more compressed file size for that length / resolution?

I just want to know what sounds possible. I have sorenson 3, but i'm not sure where I change the actual settings.
