720 60p slo mo

Can/will Premiere cs3 take 720 60p footage into a 30p (29.whatever) timeline and output true slo mo? In other words...can Premiere repeat/duplicate each frame twice or will it do some sort of frame blending to accomplish the half speed desired result?

If it's native 60p footage, it will automatically run 50% slow in a 30 fps timeline. There should be no frame blending/duplication going on.
