6mill. vs 8mill. bps(Big difference?)

I noticed the preset is at a max of 6,000,000 and an avg of 4,000,000. Is there a huge quality difference between 6,000,000 and increasing it to8,000,000? Final output is DVD. And if I select the two-pass will it take twice as long to render? Thanks

I'm not quite sure I have'nt tried it myself, I'm sure someone else on this board should know. You should try it and see if there is any difference.
