This is driving me crazy. I used to do this all the time with DVX/avi files. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get 60p files from 1080/60i clips. Any sort of conversion I do gives me repeated frames. From trying 250% in a 24fps composition to 200% in a 30fps composition, footage interpreted as 59.94 or 29.97........nothing works.
What am I missing?
Edit: Hmmm......I just dropped a 59.94 composition output into Premiere, slowed it down to 80% in a 24fps timeline and it looks like all whole frames. Weird. Definitely shows repeated frames in the AE render preview though. Plus AE will only let me output a 59.94fps file in 720 resolution though......any thoughts?
