i am shooting a film set in philadelphia and have a scene were the characters watch veteran's stadium implode. I have footage people are sending me for the implosion to incorporate with crowd shots that I will recreate.
I am shooting in 24p adv mode. However, some of the donated implosion footage is 24p, some is 60i. Can i convert 60i to 24p using cinema tools or fcp without adding a plugin like dvfilmmaker? I am tight on cash.
